If you haven't had to opportunity to buy something from Ace Hardward.com... DON'T! They haven’t a clue as to what they are doing. The C/S 24/7 line is manned by a ship of fools. Don't know anything, don't really care, can't answer direct questions, and have no back up system to track orders. When you ask for a confirmation for your order they pause..."A real question"... No scripted answer so - they have to think. It would appear that there's no system in place to track orders to their stores, no manifest to determine if your order is ready to be shipped, no clue when their trucks leave the warehouse and honestly they don't care. They tell you they are sorry for the problem. If they are sorry, get me an answer, don't tell me "sorry." I'm calling to get answers.

I finally called HQ (Try to get to a real person outside their 24/7 number and your lucky) Its 888 827 4223 prompt #1. They will do something more then tell you they are sorry. They are helping me find my order from a week ago and to tell me when it will arrive. My question is, if this person at the number I listed above can give answers why aren't they on the C/S 24/7 side of the phone? BTW, it's no wonder that Ace Hardware is NOT repeat is NOT a BBB approved business. Does that now surprise you? Not me. Don't bother with this sub standard company. Use the "brands" Home Depot, Loews, and a like.
