I placed an order on the 30th of october (paid the same day of course!) and I´m still waiting for it. I have contacted them by mail but they never answer, also had my brother who lives in the US (I live in sweden) phone them but they said the only way to get answers on existing orders is by their help desk online! Yeah right!
