I checked my credit card account and I have a debit of 11.99. I never shopped at an FYE, where I live we dont even have an FYE. I called the company and they said I agreed to a 30 day trial, and a 20 dollar gift card, which isnt true, no merchant has mentioned anything to me about a 30 day trial. I have a number to call for FYE-1877-351-2131, or 877-346-8803. They gave me a confirmation code to cancel my membership and are crediting me my money. Hopefully. Im calling back if they dont.
