Whitening Professionals

Ordered teeth whitening kit @ £19.99 from "Whitening Professionals" and they are anything but professional. I even paid for the extras when I redeemed my voucher (extra cost of £17.97 £3.99 carraige). 10 to 14 days delivery stated on voucher. Nothing received in 2 weeks. Emailed company concerned. Was sent a very patronising email back saying it would have only be picked from their warehouse after 2 weeks (so voucher was a lie). Now has been 6 weeks. Also advicor from "Whitening Professionals" also told me to not bother contacting complaints department again, I MUST email him back directly. Groupon not responding, company for kit not responding. Ripped off. Thanks groupon for helping a company rip me off.
I have bought 4 vouchers through Groupon, 2 of which have been fine, 1 had to be refunded as the restaurant wasn't even open on the days stated and the other as described above.
50% success rate just is not good enough. Be mindful when buying.
