After reading all the promises and listening to the testimonial. I thought I would give it a try since it said no need to physically access the target phone. The icing on the deal was a personal promise with a 365 day money back guarantee. Once I input my info into the system it went through Avangate secured source. I received a message to go to another email address with a passcode that was also furnished. I followed the instructions only to continually get the message email was not found. I never received a confirmation for the purchase. Upon trying to reach them through customer support, I reached Avangate and was told I needed to contact the company I made the purchase from. Avangate gave me 732-852-7212 which is a recording telling you to go to www.eazyspy.com/mobile. That ask for your name and email address, your problem or error in detail. Than you get a thank you someone will respond to your email. You never get a response from them nor do you get an email from Avangate. I think both are responsible to the customer, since one is scamming people and the other is taking payment for them.
