I thought i was getting a great deal - i was in need of some virus protection. 1 day after i down loaded tuneup360 -my computer is worse then ever. I have sent tuneup360 several emails. With no response -i even called avangate to ask for a phone #-was told that they do not have a phone#and to email them and wait to see if i get a response and then to call them (avangate) back and they would email them? I now learn that i have been scammed. So i will probably never see a refund -luckily it was not more then $16.70 -but now i have some kind of virus that i will need pay to get fixed! My order # is 10120498. Thank u tuneup360 and avangate for screwing me and thousands of other's!
