Love my new sofa set! - Downlow Sofa Set

I was skeptical at first since I had never bought furniture from an online store, but my Downlow Sofa Set turned out to be an awesome buy. The customer service reps were friendly, but they kept giving me excuses at first. Then I talked to BRIAN and he was honest and responded promptly. Thanks Brian!!! I receieved my sofa set on time, but I feel like that was only because I called them pretty much every day. Ask for Brian if your rep isn't helping you =)
