This company web site allows you to choose the novelty item for only 19.99. We selected 3 balls. Then after you have inputted your credit card info - they do not allow you to verify the order they just process it and then they triple the shipping costs after the fact. Example: the 3 balls about 3" in diameter were 19.99 each. The shipping costs added afterward came to $30.
There is no way to cancel the order. The website does not allow you to cancel. The phone number directs you to the website and then hangs up on you. There is no actual customer service live person to talk to. This is an automated rip off - finely tuned from start to finish. I immediately put a block on my credit card so they won't be getting paid by me. Do not buy from this company -someone needs to put them out of business.
