Scam

A month ago I ordered 2 airswimmers for my boys for Xmas. There were no options for s/h I had to automatically enter the only available option of 16.95. The products were cheaper here than in the store, so in the end I felt I was still with the s/h saving about 15. Oo. Well, after my 5-7 days shipping and no product, I checked my order, which I had to copy and paste to my files because I never received any email confirmation from them.

The status showed one message, the product is back ordered. I believed I deserved a refund of my s/h, back ordering is not my fault. Their live chat does not work. There phone number is impossible to get through too. My husband finally got through to a person a few days ago and they agreed that they would refund our s/h and give us free shipping. But our product wont ship until Wednesday the 21st of December.

I checked my emails and today I received a computer generated email from them saying they are sending us a check for 8.48! This company is a scam. Everything they send is a generic email, I have sent them so many emails, and not one real response! The only communication was on the phone, once in a month, and that was lucky. Hopefully they will close down soon, so noone else gets scammed. Sorry to everyone who lost money like me.
