I purchased two end tables on this dealer's website (http://www.antiquefurnituredepot.com) on 9/6. I paid immediately by Paypal. We did have contact with the owner, Ian Touvey, who gave us a story about when the items would be shipped (some time in late October). When the delivery date was not met, we had more conversations with him before Thanksgiving, and he again told us a story about when the items would be shipped, prior to the week of Thanksgiving. When we returned from Thanksgiving vacation and the tables still had not arrived, we contacted him again. He told me they were taking the items to the UPS store on 12/12 that day. It is now 12/14 and the items were never received by UPS. We have filed complains with Paypal (after their 45 day limit, surprise surprise), and with the NY BBB. I doubt we'll ever see the tables or our $300 again. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns.
