While I was walking my dog I left my computer off. Come back and wanted to continue with my bids. I had 225bids left and now they all gone. I was charged for it $99USD. What happened? I am trying to call the number 1877 403 6981. No agent is available I been on the phone 30 min its 10:30pm. Agent keep saying wait is 25 min but its really more. I had my bids where they all go. Please help me.
