Spoke to a representative named Brian.informed me that I qualified for a reduction in my current mortgage due to the economy and the housing industry downfall. Next step Ruby Price, Brad Shay. Number of letters to my lender and one to Freddie Mac. No action by my lender. Numerous conversations with Ruby Price until this weekwith the e mail regarding the legal problems. 1-800-719-8031 was the phone numer I contacted. Directed to contact the DA Office at 913-715-3003. I have built a file since March.
