I had the same experience, I agree to pay 4.99 so that I could continue watching past 72 minutes of a program I wanted to see, after I paid, I still could not watch and now they are taking more unauthorized money out of my account. I was looking for a customer service number when I saw that, this has happened to many people. What can we do about this, they seem to have unlimited access to my bank account now.
