They charged me £59.99 for a premium account holder that i didn't ask for or want. I also challenged a chat host about how come i didn't win a product when i clearly had won, she basically said there computer frequently loses connection to the internet so that it resets itself as to the required time of the auction. I saved the chat on my computer, i e-mailked ziinga to complain but so far haven't had a response.
