I ordered a sample advertised at the above price. Only after the transaction went through did the next page tell me that I had entered into a contract of £79.99 a month for the cream. I went immediately to my bank and tried to cancel and they have told me that I must first cancel with the above company and then if they try to take any money they may then be able to stop the payments. When the cream arrived I did not fully open the packet and sent it back first class with a letter asking for a refund of the above, and to cancel any payments. I have not had a refund, but so far (I check my account every day) they have not refunded my money. I am living in fear that they will try to take this money out of my account as I am unemployed and only get £150 per two weeks. This would leave me in a very bad situation.
