I went onto the website trying to get a loan over christmas, i filled out the appropriate forms, they said they would take the money out on the following thursday, i reveived an email, sayin that they tried taking the money out a day b4 they were meant to. So i emaild them asking if the money could b taken out the following week cos i got the dates mixed up... Ive had numerouse phone calls with them and all of a sudden, the offices aint open on a saturday. I got a letter today aswell... What an idiot... I just wanted to have a good Christmas with my family who i havnt seen in so many years, why do they have to prey on the vulnerable
