I do no know how this company got my information or what it is they do. I attempted to contact them 2 days in a row and was never able to get through. I finally got through and they refused to refund the money they had debitted my account for. After 15 minutes of requesting a supervisor and or manager and threatening to report them to the police i was placed on hold and a few minutes later received a confirmation number stating my refund had been completed.
