I phoned to book my husband in to do a Driving course & case study test, and surprise suprise I spoke to Alex who went through a quick procedure & said this would start within a week & was pushy to take my bank details. Stupid me gave them to him & before I knew it I was charged £1,699.00. I contacted them again & spoke to SAMIRA who said Alex had informed her there was a misunderstanding about being able to start the course in a week! I then sent a letter by recorded delivery to cancel the contract within a week (which we received on the 3rd day!) but i have still heard nothing. Now when I phone them I get told someone will call me back & have failed to do so far. I also stated as per contract I should hear from them in a week which they have not.
