Nature's Prime
Took my money, but never supplied the merchandise Matawan

We've been customers of Nature's Prime for years. They have always supplied us with the best "natural" meats available, although the past few years delivery was frequently delayed. Last August we signed a new contract, and wrote a check for $1500.00, making it out to Stephen Billings, the owner, as we often have done.

Week after week I have phoned their office to set up a delivery, and week after week I've been given excuses. We received our fresh turkey at Thanksgiving, and were promised our delivery after the holidays, plus an extra 1/2 delivery for our troubles.

It is now nearly May, 9 months later. Three weeks ago I spoke to Stephen Billings, who informed me they were in the process of moving the office, but Monday morning I would get a call to set up a delivery date. Three weeks later, I've left as many messages, with no return calls.

It's obvious Nature's Prime has disbanded, and taken off with our money. I'm curious how many others this has happened to, and what steps can be taken to refund our payment.
