Do not beleive them when they give you a delivery date on ordering. They promised us shipment in 3-4weeks from 11/9, it is now 12/8 and we are told not to expect it until the 12-14th, as of today it hasn't shipped though they say it will be going out today? Also you will spend at least 20-40 minutes on hold before you even get to customer service. All we can hope is that it will not be damaged when we get it.
