No customer service no communication - Worth Bed

I purchased a bed on inmod.com on 2/11. The initial email said estimated delivery date was 2/18. I called them on 2/19 requesting status, they said it's not shipped yet and would ship in 1-2 weeks. I had to inquire two more times, with the most recent time this week, and the answer I received was shipment date was either 2/25 or 2/26. First of all, how do you NOT know when a bed is shipped? Secondly, if the original shipment date was no longer valid, shouldn't I, the buyer, be notified in the first place? WHY is there absolutely NO communication from the company regarding shipping? And excuse my frustration, but for the price I paid for the bed (which by the way, was a nice looking bed), I'd expect a little bit more communication and customer service.
