Received letter offering $400 for my Lake Tansi TN vacation lot. I accepted and sent a notarized warranty deed to U.S. Assets in Lake Mary FL sometime in April and on above date they STOLE my lot without any payment at all. I have called (no answer), have written (no answer) and even visited the residence listed as their business address (No answer). Of course I should have used a third party exchange where the money and deed could both be handled but thought this SCAMMER was legit.
