I purchased 2 mini netbooks from this company, of course money pulled out immediatly. Waited 2 weeks with NO emails from them, not even saying they are processing my order. Finally, did live chat with them and the lady said, "oh the red one is out of stock, we are waiting to fill your order until it comes in." She did give me the option to choose another color so I received a black and green one. But this took over another week.
Now if you look at the website you will see Wonderful reviews how everyone loves it, Never is there a bad mark, My mistake for not looking harder on the internet. This product is VERY slow, and if you are lucky you can get on the internet, my internet works great with all my other computers, but this one I can't even get on and when I am lucky it goes out immediatly. When it was up for about 5 minutes, it was very slow.
ALSO, look at their refund policy very carefully; this is the copy of it so you can see what it says for yourselves. Returns

As you can see if you return the item you pay about 25% or more for the item to be returned.
WHAT good company has you pay 25% and your own shipping to return their item, notice even if it is a damaged product you have to return this item.
