After receiving my "free trial", I immediately cancelled any further shipments. After 6 attempts to cancel my so-called subscription, via email, website submission and post, including returning the posted items and requesting a refund, I have heard nothing. And still my bank card gets charged monthly. I am absolutely furious. This is illegal! They are taking my money against my express permission!
