In the last year i have noticed double charges each month on my bank statement for netflix. I got a new computer and changed my email account during this period, so, i'm assuming that they have been charging me for both accounts thru my bank! I am in the process of gathering my bank statements to find out exactly how long this has been going on, but the final straw was when they changed the amount to 17.95 and charged me on nov 11th and the 17th! I am formally closing this account, but have also noticed that there is no longer a phone # to contact and you are forced to do it online! Which means not being able to talk to a real person! I find this to be a pain because there are so many different sites to go to that i, being handicapped, find it hard to sit at a computer that long. I'd like to be refunded all extra charges asap and cancel any further business with this company as of yesterday!
