I simply cannot get anyone to respond to my e-mails on a book I am publishing with the company

I merely can't get one to react to my emails on the guide I'm posting using the organization. The organization claims my guide has eliminated for sale, although they're required to supply me having a significant quantity of free publications for my book start – they've not and therefore are not answering emails. Where must I lure? I had a need to have these publications to ensure that I will start my guide before year 2009 stops.
