Defective window over front doo

Within our home finished in the posture screen within the door has experienced serious seal failure. Because this is actually the consequence of faulty production methods utilized throughout that period of time, personally I think they must substitute the glass to correct the problem. The seal failure started once the home was many years old though we did not recognize the trigger in those days. Please guide on the best way to solve this problem.
