Placed an order on 11/20. Promptly received a confirmation email. Numerous emails and vmails have gone into their black hole. Wished I had found this web site before placing my order. If they can not answer the phone, nor reply to customers messages, how can they build spa covers! Placed a new order with HotTub Works. Comperable cover from them was $20 more.
