Contacted by Robert told I was eligible to receive a grant for 7800.00. Went to WU sent $200.00 that was to be refunded immediately once they verified that I was who I said I was. Once the money was sent was told I had to send another $393.00 for half of the taxes and could pay the other half once the money was released to me. After sending the $393.00 I was told that they could not release the money until the other half of the taxes were paid. Told them I did not have the other half and they told me to call back when I did and they hung up.
