I was called and was told I was picked to receive a $6,000.00 Grant that I would not need to repay ever. I called them back and was told to go to our local Western Union office and send $199.00 security fee to Belhi, India. I was told that the Government uses out of country banks to save money. They stayed on the phone and told me they had received the money and to now send another $399.00 for state taxes. When I refused to send any more money they hung up. I called them back and told them them thanks for scamming me. They tryed to asure me that it was not a scam. That they would send me $6,600.00 if I sent them the $399.00. I told them to take the taxes out of the money they were sending. They refused and told me that the $199.00 would be used as a donation along with the $6,000.00 I would hace received. Then they just hung up.
