I placed an order. I received a confirmation that I was billed through wepay and it was deducted from my bank account. I emailed them and they sent me a tracking number. The last tracking information I had was that it was in China. I now can not get on to the website or the shipper's website. I sent another email, but I don't expect to hear from them. I should have known when they asked for the name of my bank. How do you go about reporting them?
