Slow shipping but great products

Totsy is a start up. So of course they would have some issues. I placed an order around December and it took over a month for my order to arrive. However, I had contacted their customer service and they explained to me (email) what the issue was. I run a small business myself and it is extremely difficult to to respond to so many customers with limited resources, so I can empathize with them. Anyway, they explained about their "growing pains" and "switching warehouses" and that was all I needed because whatever questions I had, they would answer. They don't hide anything. It pains me to see how everyone thinks this company is a scam. Their doing their best as they continue to grow. I wish them nothing but the best. AND PS, my niece loved the plush dolls and dresses I got for her (even though she received it way after Christmas)
