Broken Glass in Jar of Salsa

I found a large piece of broken glass in a jar of Great Value "All Natural, Medium, Chunky Salsa." I shudder to think about what may have happened if my fast-eating, teenage boys had of eaten the broken glass! I'd be writing much more than a complaint letter right now.
