Ordered ink for my printer on 10/23 in the amount of $62.91. Still have not received my order. They rtold me it had shipped and told me there was a tracking number with that email. No tracking number was given. Emailed them back for the tracking number. Then they told me it was on back order after previously telling me it was shipped. Tried to call them but no business phone just a fax number. Finally emailed them and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They have not done so. This website is an out an out scam and should be prosecuted for taking peoples money without ever providing a product. I want my money back. Can you help.???
