Ripoff, never paid

I was selling my wedding gown online through an ad placement. This guy emailed me asking to buy the dress for $100 more than what I was asking. Well he paid for the Fed Ex charges and emailed me the shipping label to put on the box. I had also received an email from USPS money rder department stating that they have my money order from Kitty Lawrence in the amount of $550 and will be sent out as soon as they receive the tracking number to the shipment. I emailed the tracking number and shipped out my dress. The next day I received an email from the USPS stating that they have no such department that holds a money order until they receive the tracking number. Meanwhile I called Fed Ex and they told me that even though he only paid $35 to have the dress shipped int he first place, it would cost me $460 to get the dress back to me. I have neither a money order from this person and can not get my dress back. The USPS is telling me to dispute it with Fed Ex and Fed Ex is telling me to dispute it with the USPS. I do receive emails from this person telling me to chill and it will be sent and I will receive it the next day and so on, etc.
