I purchased the boots for a Birthday Gift, they took the money immediately from my account. I have e-mail a person named Anne on many many occasions who keeps telling me to wait I will get them in 4-7 days, its a month since they took my money - I have asked for a refund - she said they do not give refunds as they have been despatched? Where to go now? I want my money back asap. It is really disgusting how they can get away with this.
