I googled ugg boots and the search brought up uggago.com so I registered my details on site and paid and ordered a pair of Ugg boots on special offer. I haven't recieved any confirmation of purchase but money has came out of my account. The website is no longer there and I cannot get in touch with anyone regarding this matter. Money came out of my bank under the name of wonderful land. Please can you help?
