I emailed them and got an email back from a lady named Anne, she said boots were real and would be delivered in 4-7 days. I first ordered the boots on Oct. 19 after my credit card was frozen I was suspicious and sent my husband to the bank, they told him MC froze the account and for me to contact uggago and have them cancel my transaction. I did and didn't hear anything back. I sent my husband back to the bank today Oct. 27 and he was told that the payment did in fact go through on the 24th! I have contacted the company asking why I wasn't sent a receipt ect. And have yet to hear back. I have finally accepted that I was scammed!
