I replied to a free sample plus $2.01 postage.
When I received my bank statement an amount of $81.91 had been deducted.
I did receive another bottle of the serum (which by the way doesn't appear to be making any difference to my skin).
There was no paperwork enclosed.
I have not attempted to return it as I doubt I would receive a credit
especially after reading other people's experience.
