They asked me to complete survey, said I won prize, pay only S H, stole full purchase from account $80

Miscellaneous

They sent me an e-mail saying I would get payed to do a survey. I took short survey, and they said I earned a prize. I looked at the list of prizes and there was an earn money on the internet package, pay s h only, the package was free. I thought "great", I was always interested in those offers when advertised, but could never afford them. It was only $1.97 for s h, so I went for it. This was on 11-22-09 and they took the $1.97 from my debit account. On 12-1-09 I checked my balance and $80 was missing. I asked for a print out of withdraws and that same day they put a hold on my account for $80. There was no name for the merchant, just a phone number. The bank told me to call the merchant, get a cancel number and time when money would be returned. I called the number only to be put on hold for more than an hour. I called the bank, they called and got a busy signal. I called again and was put on hold again. No live voices. Only a recording to put you on hold. I will try the bank again while the money is still on hold to stop it, but I never authorized the purchace anyway making this a case of fraud.
