I had left an AT&T major store in Louisville, Ky. I had been trying to send pictures of my Welsh Corgi who is being treated for Congestive Heart failure from a borrowed Samsung Blackjack so I could see my contacts, send a text to my daughter. Or these AWESOME pictures. I was told by AT&T Tech. Support take it to a store. Maybe they can help you. It was not that I was not doing it right. The phone was last used in 2008 by my neighbor who had changed his phone # etc. The customer service person tried to send them. Could not, told it is defective. She said no more than you use a cell or text I advise that you go to Walmart for a "Go Phone"Well I could write another NIGHTMARE Novel about AT&T & ALL they have put me through, HAD been a Customer for about 14years The man @ Walmart, said NO regarding AT&T. When my contract is up. I am go'n with Straight Talk... Has also had bad experiences with their Customer Service & HIGH bills. He was an older than me. I am 55.. I do not desire a "Smart Phone". Just a SIMPLE phone. I could see all my contacts plus my neighbors He at one time had been with AT&T & Direct. I stopped @ a Cricket store to see what they had to offer new customers. I could not dial 611 to reach AT&T to get my account # in case I got a phone thereto have my # ported. I could not see well. NO Bifocals with me. I could see AT&T then? I hit send, the LYING salesman that answered... Direct TV. How can I help U. Told him I got wrong #. Wait. You got AT&T. Yes. OH I wish I had been rude & HUNG UP. I was lied to about all that I was to be getting. It would be just like Dish Network only better. More channels etc. Been with Dish since Dec. 2008. He had left a voice msg. On 11-9-11.. I talked to my Mgr. I can waive the $19.99 charge. It was not. It cleared on 11-14-11. I no linger have the liars voice mail saved LUCKY me. The phone I had bought. Would no longer go on speaker etc. I had 14 days to return it... No?'s asked etc. When I called Chase Bank. Which I opened up an account with under Liberty National when I was 18.. Another nightmare novel. I spoke to the dispute dept. On 11-21-11.. Told me to call Direct TV. No. I do not know who to call, I have cancelled installation after ALL I was put & lied to about from different people on different days with Direct TV! UPS delivered 2 boxes on 11-15-11. I was HUGE. He was struggling to carry it. The other not as big. I BEGGED Direct to have some one pick up boxes. I had hit my toe on it 2 times, tripped over it. I am Diabetic, with back problems, arthritis in neck, small rotator cuff tear. No. I was told... We will e-mail you labels or you can pay $5 to have them sent. I was told this by a Supervisor on 11-17-11 Lakesha 866-386-3474 ext113, it may take up to 24hrs for you to receive them. I waited OVER 24hrs. No labels to print to schedule a pick up where I would have to pay for this service. I called her 3 times on 11-18-11.. NO call back until 11-22-11. I was told another standard receiver is on it's way. SO I put a note on my door for UPS do not drop off no more from Direct. Expecting labels via the net to print & send back, so he could pick them up without me having to schedule a pick up...$6.95 for each box. When he came. Saw the note. Do you have the labels. Yes finally. I seen them EARLY am 11-22-11.. Too tired to print. NO PC Genius for sure. He has been on this route as long as I have lived here. Soon 23 yrs. He could see how dangerous it was for this to be in my small house/living room. Thanksgiving in a few days. It picked them up. I am going to mark them. Refused/return. If I had not been home he would have put them on my front porch which is about 1/2 the size of living room. NO signature was required. The day after he picked them up... Fed-Ex came with return labels. Tonight a man called Michael 866-386-3474 Ext#117... Left a msg. About UPS having a problem pick'n ALL up. There was A Satellite Dish along with a pole, ALL the hardware to put in on my roof... NO I don't think so. Fairly new roof, brick house= NOT drilling!!! My Satellite with Dish Network is the yard. No one told me, the salesman, the girl that called on 11-10-11, then right after her a man to get scheduled for installation. CLEAR out a room for a HUGE box! I was even told by one person. Who works for Direct TV. I have NEVER heard of them delivering all. The installers bring all. When I was try'n to call Direct. Could not find an account # and my phone # used to belong to some-one who had Direct TV & owed them $192.00. Acct # was pulling up a Lady in Georgia. OH wonder. ALL this stress. Went to my Dr. 11-22-11.. Thinks, but I KNOW even before further testing a small stroke. Then had me see a Cardiologist on 11-23 where I do in FACT have 2 heart valves leak'n! I would not wish Diabetes on the Devil. I am 55.. 5' 115lbs. WAS active. NOW both Dr.'s take it easy until further testing. It's very UNFORTUNATE that I no longer have the voice msg. Left by phone sales man to prove what he said. When on a fixed income. Every $1 counts! I do not know how these people sleep at night. Try'n to prey on the elderly & sickly!!! Sincerely, Donna
