I was contacted on my phone (Personal Information Removed) and I was told that my computer was about to crash as it had a lot of errors on it. I wasn't sure what to do, but I was worried as I didn't want my computer to crash. Since then I have been contacted two more times with the same story. On the last occassion I said that my phone was connected to the local police and the caller put the phone down.

I checked the refund policyof the company on www.onlinepcmasters.com, and it said that refunds were allowed after 14 days but a £25.00 cancellation fee would have to be paid. I contacted the company and asked for this as i wasn't satisfied with their service. They said this was only valid for a month. They make everything up as they go along.
