Consumer Report

Man from 819-875-1771 called and said he was from Microsoft and they were calling to inform me that my computer had 1,000's of errors and warnings, and that my computer was ready to crash. He said he could help me repair the errors. He said I should open my computer, click Start Button, Right click on Computer, then click Manage Windows, etc. He gave me a fake address and telephone number. When I called him a Scammer, he hung up.
My Caller ID said: 819-875-1771, and name of Brouillard I. I tried to call Quebec telephone Operator to get the Quebec Police, but neither my Operator 411 nor SD non Emergency Police could help me. So, would you please inform Quebec "authorities" of the above scammers. I could hear what sounded like many operators talking in the backgroud. Therefore, I think it is a big operation. Thanks.
