Purchased a set of bagpipes over the web that stated delivery time was 10-16 weeks. That was almost 2 years ago. Refuses to give refund stating "it is a special order" and they don't refund special orders. I would never have placed the order if I had known it was going to be this long. Even threatening to sue if no refund is given has no effect. I got taken.
