Received an alert on my cell phone at approximately 3:20 am from my bank alerting me to a fee charged against my debit card.
That charge was done by the hereinabove named company. There phone number is given as (800) 669-6975. I called and received a voice answering machine notifyng me of the company hours and to call back when said company is open. I have no idea who this company is. I have never authorized any charge (s) to be initiated against any of my debit cards by this entity. I understand this company has done the same thing to thousands of consumers who are clueless to this company. Based on my finding of what this company is doing I am filing (reporting) this complaint. It should be known that when charging a fee; this company gives you a membership number (quite possibly to make the charge appear legitimate.). John Heard.
