Received an email from Value Plus
copy of this email:

Dear Andre Lauw:
This email serves as your notification of an upcoming charge to your credit/debit card for your Value Plus membership program.
The monthly membership fee of $24.95 will be billed to your credit/debit card on or around 6/21. If you would like to continue, do nothing, and the service will automatically be extended for another month. If for any reason you would like to cancel the program, either call 1-800-669-6975 or go online at programstop.com. Please contact membership services at 800-669-6975 with any questions.

Sincerely,

Membership Services

I never subscribed nor joint the monthly membership program from Value Plus.
I don't understand how these scam guys collected my name, my email address and credit account number and easily will collect monthly membership fee $24.95
If they really charge me on my credit card I will call my credit issuer that this charge is a fraud.

Another trick to cancel they ask you to go online programstop.com and will ask you for your personal information, which I will not do.
