Vesta This company charged me when I have never even heard of them

I received a charge to a brand new debit card from this company. I have no idea why they would charge me as I understand the handle charges for prepaid cellular phones. My cell phone is a regular AT&T cell phone not a Go Phone. I've already filed a complaint to my bank to have the charge removed. I wonder If AT&T knows about the fraudulent activity this company is doing in their name?
