Went in with my son to return a rifle bought there which is defective and unsafe. Was told, no they won't do it. They tried to belittle me in front of my own son. Called district manager Leah and was treated worse than by the employee! Told me, she will not give her bosses number because "he doesn't talk to anyone." These are the most rude, condescending people i have ever spoken to. Will never ever shop there again. Sports Authority and Sports Chalet will recieve my business from now on.
