I contacted them in regards to my fathers death certificate. They told me it would be $55. I forwarded my CC info and got a call stating they wanted me to fax a copy of my drivers license. As I did not feel comfortable with that I was told they could not process my request. I was charged $30 to my CC for "admin fees". They didn't do anything! I called the owner and was told that is there policy. Complete ripoff. I would rather start a fire with my money before I would EVER use this company. Beware!
