This happened the week of November 6,1011. After I gave the woman my information, I decided not to accept this promotion and requested a refund on my account. I was told I could not do that. I did receive the info in the mail, however I have not accessed the promotion. Not sure what to do about getting my money back (credited to my account). Please advise.
